The Psychological Services Center is located at northwest corner of Avenue J and 19th Street.
The building was constrcuted as the University Health Center, the contemporary successor to the Sam Houston Hospital. The health center maintained a clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory for student health needs. These services moved to the newly-completed Student Health and Counseling Center in August 2014.
In summer 2015, the building was made the new home of the PSC, having moved from its former location a block south on Avenue J.
