Dedication ceremony

There really wasn't much off the east side of the new CHSS building as this photograph from 2009 shows.

The walking trail through the outdoor plaza is bordered with dedication pavers.

The 9-foot tall Water Wall sculpture along the northern edge of the plaza.

A plaque near the sculpture says the Water Wall was dedicated by Ron and Donna Koska.

The Outdoor Classroom and Art Plaza is located outside the eastern entrance of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Building on the south-central part of campus.

The plaza’s main component is the 9-foot tall Water Wall, designed for beauty and functionality.

The site was designed by artist Jesús Moroles.
