Zeta Tau Alpha House

The Zeta Tau Alpha House is one of the eight houses on Sorority Hill, located on the north side of campus.

The building originally housed members of the Philomatheans (or Philos, a term derived from the Greek philomath, meaning "a lover of learning"), one of the literary societies that existed on campus after the turn of the century. The group existed until they aligned with Zeta Tau Alpha in 1959.
