Spivey House is a student residence located near the northeastern corner of the intersection of Avenue I and 20th Street, facing west.
Residence Life classifies the two-story small house as a part of "Three East."
Since the early 1990s the house has been used as the Honors Dorm for students enrolled in the honor program. It is also the only residence on campus with its own computer lab. |

The houses of Three East were some of the first residences built east of Avenue I. A map from the late-1960s indicates that 20th Street originally ran north of the buildings (in front of Randel House). |
