Parkhill House is a student residence located at the southeastern corner near the intersection of Avenue J and 20th Street.
Residence Life classifies the two-story small house as a part of the "The Valley"; it was formerly classified as part of "Four Central."
The history of Parkhill House is somewhat nondescript as it is one of only a few small houses not used for university offices or a fraternity or sorority since its construction.

It wasn't until the 1950's that campus boundaries began to push south of Twentieth Street, where various structures and vacant plots were once found. |
 |
By the early 1960s small houses and other housing structures dominated the south and western boundaries of campus. |
