The Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority House is one of the eight small houses on Sorority Hill, located on the north side of campus.
The building originally housed members of the Philomatheans (or Philos, a term derived from the Greek philomath, meaning "a lover of learning"), one of the literary societies that existed on campus after the turn of the century.
In 1959, the students of the club became charter members of the Delta Zeta chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. |
