Vick House is located at the northeastern corner of Avenue I and Bowers Boulevard in south-central campus. In the Residence Life naming system Vick and the three surrounding small houses were classified as "Three East."
Since the 2002-03 school year the house has been used for participation in the Bearkat Learning Community.

The houses of Three East were some of the first residences built east of Avenue I. A map from the late-1960s indicates that 20th Street originally ran north of the buildings (in front of Randel House). |
