Bearkat Learning Community
Vick House is located at the northeastern corner of Avenue I and Bowers Boulevard in south-central campus. In the Residence Life naming system Vick and the surrounding small houses were classified as "Three East."

Since the 2002-03 school year the house has been used for participation in the Bearkat Learning Community.

Spivey House The houses of Three East were some of the first residences built east of Avenue I. A map from the late-1960s indicates that 20th Street originally ran north of the buildings (in front of Randel House).
