Longino Hall was building C of the Departmental Dorms.
The sole three-story building in the Departmental complex also maintained a cafeteria for many years. In later years the building was home to nomadic university offices that were shifted around campus notably Housing Maintenance (c. 1993) and, later, Residence Life (c. 1997).
