Bearkat Village I and II are fully furnished apartments located at the intersection of Bowers Boulevard and Montgomery Road and south of Bowers Stadium.
The $14.5 Million complex, designed to house up to 500 upperclassmen, replaces several facilities razed in recent years (such as the Malone Apartments and the Departmental Dorms) and was the first new residence hall constructed since the 1960s.
The complex also features a community center, mail, laundry facility and outdoor recreation area.
