Art Building G is one of seven buildings that make up the Art complex, located on the southwest corner of the main campus along Sam Houston Avenue.
The building was constructed in 1999 as the first location of the Forensic Psychology Service Center. In 2009, the Department of Psychology moved from this location to the area formerly used as the Career Services building.
Following the move, this structure was temporarily labeled as Physical Plant storage; later that year it became the seventh building in the Art Complex.
