Art Building F is one of seven buildings that make up the Art complex, located on the southwest corner of the main campus along Sam Houston Avenue.

Campus maps of the 1980s and early 1990s identify this building as the Grounds and Custodian Services building. The July 1, 1994 campus map shows the building as the Art Administration office; maps from the late 1990s refer to it as the Fine Arts Office.

This building is used for the art department administration offices and houses the Gaddis Geeslin Gallery.
