College of Humanities and Social Sciences
 
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences building (formerly referred to as Academic Building Five) is a classroom/office building being constructed in the south-central part of campus, west of the Smith-Hutson Building and east of the Drain Building, on land previously used for parking. The 150,000 square foot building has a budget of $30 million and will house the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, including the departments of political science, psychology, and sociology.

It is scheduled for completion during the 2008-09 school year.
